Cancellation Policy

1. NOTICE PERIOD
Minimum Notice: To cancel any service or project, clients must provide at least 7 business days notice before the start of the next billing period.
Cancellation requests made after the set billing date will only apply to the following billing period, not the current one.
2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICES
To cancel any service, please contact us at (833) 475-0532 or [email protected] as soon as possible. Written confirmation of the cancellation will be sent once the request is processed.
3. REFUND POLICY
In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund, the remaining balance after the cancellation fee will be refunded within 5 business days (see the refund policy).
